Write with Zanbase Agent

Ask for new text or a rewrite inside a doc, then review the result before inserting it.

Docs

Use Zanbase Agent while writing to draft a passage or revise selected text. You review its suggestion before it changes your doc.

Before you start

Open an editable doc where you have Can edit or Full access. The workspace needs available AI credits; see Pricing for allowances.

Draft new text

  1. Place the cursor where you want new text in the doc.
  2. Type / and choose Ask AI.
  3. Enter your request in Ask AI to write anything….
  4. Press Enter to generate a suggestion.
  5. Review the suggestion and select Insert to add it.

Rewrite selected text

  1. Select the text you want to change.
  2. Select Ask AI in the selection toolbar.
  3. Choose Rewrite, Summarize, Expand, or Fix grammar.
  4. Review the suggestion and select Replace to use it.

Good to know

Choose Regenerate for another suggestion or Reject to leave the text unchanged. During generation, Stop stops the response. If a request fails, Retry tries again.
