Zanbase for growing teams
Give new teammates a place to start and teams a clear way to share work. Manage membership, resource access, and workspace billing together.
Teams of 20 to 200 people organizing departments, onboarding, and workspace access.
The moment
When a new teammate starts, someone sends a list of tools, another person shares a folder, and a manager explains the work in chat. A week later, they still need to ask where the instructions live and who can give them access. Meanwhile, teams grow their own ways of tracking work. A cross-team handoff needs both a clear owner and permission to read the material behind it. You want each team to organize its work without making every new hire learn a different path to a document, a task, or a decision.
How Zanbase fits
In Zanbase, manage people and teams in the same workspace as the work. Give teams access to the folders and projects they need, then use shared docs and assigned tasks to make onboarding concrete. Zanbase Agent works within the asking person’s permissions when you request a project check. One workspace subscription covers the Zanbase products, with billing and usage in settings. The workflows below give access, first assignments, and ongoing reviews a common home.
Give each team the right access
Create teams and add their members. Grant a team access to the folders or projects it works on, and review the roles on individual resources. Zanbase Agent’s actions use the asking person’s permissions.
Uses Files, Projects, Zanbase Agent
Make the first week concrete
Write an onboarding doc with the instructions a new teammate needs. Create tasks for their first assignments, with owners and dates. Grant access to the doc and project, then use doc comments for questions that need clarification.
Review work before the check-in
Ask Zanbase Agent which tasks in a project are overdue. Open their descriptions, review owners and dates, and update the tasks with the team. Keep the explanation for a changed commitment in the linked doc.

Questions
Do we manage a separate subscription for each product?
Zanbase uses one workspace subscription, with billing and usage in workspace settings. The Pricing page lists the plans and their allowances.
How do we organize access as people join?
Invite people, assign workspace roles, and add them to teams. Grant those teams access to the resources they need.
Does Zanbase Agent have its own access to private work?
Its actions run with the asking person’s permissions. Giving someone access to Zanbase Agent does not grant them access to another team’s resources.
Can teammates keep using Claude?
They can add their workspace’s MCP server URL to a compatible Claude client and authorize it for the workspace they choose. Zanbase’s MCP server exposes available actions within that person’s permissions.
