Manage your profile and appearance

Update your account and workspace profile, design your face or upload a photo, add a passkey, and see how the app chooses light or dark.

Account

Your account settings hold your name and sign-in methods. Your workspace profile gives you a display name, note, and image for the workspace you are using.

Edit your profile

  1. Open Account menu.
  2. Select Account.
  3. Edit Display name to change your name in this workspace.
  4. Edit Account name to change your account’s name.
  5. Edit Note to add a workspace profile note.
  6. Leave each field to save its change.

Select Upload photo to use an image, or Edit face to design your face. Once you upload a photo, Use my face switches back to the face. Use Add cover, or Change cover when you already have one, to choose a profile cover.

Manage passkeys

  1. In Account, select Add passkey.
  2. Complete the device or browser prompt.
  3. To name an existing passkey, select Rename passkey.
  4. Enter a Passkey name.
  5. Select Save.

Delete passkey removes the selected passkey. Sign-in methods also shows connected sign-in providers with Disconnect controls.

Change appearance

Zanbase follows your device’s light or dark setting. Workspace owners and admins choose the workspace’s look, such as its font, color theme and density, in Settings › Appearance.

Good to know

Display name and note belong to the current workspace. Account name belongs to your account. Use Sign out when you want to end your session. See sign-in methods for ways to return.
